Every reconditioned product sold at AV telecom comes with a warranty. In our webshop, the warranty period is stated for each reconditioned product. This means that if something goes wrong with your product within the warranty period, we will replace it!

Here at AV-telecom we sell new and reconditioned Class A products. Unless specifically stated, the state should be considered reconditioned. Reconditioned does not mean that there was something wrong with the device. Our products are taken from working environments. We run each product through our 6-step reconditioning process, ensuring that the product is functional and in "as good as new" condition ......
