The Avaya 1616-I is designed for employees who frequently switch between multiple calls and transfer to colleagues. The 16 programmable function keys and 10 fixed function keys ensure easy and time-saving operation of the device.

• Volume +/- keys separately adjustable for the handset, headset and ring volume
• Call log application with up to 100 entries. Main view shows a combined list, but the left and right arrows can be used to view missed, answered, and outgoing entries.

• Power over ethernet network connection
