The Avaya IP Office release 11 Power User license enables the following functionality and applications on your Avaya IP Office communication system :

• Avaya Communicator for Microsoft Windows en Apple MAC
• Avaya Communicator for Web
• VoIP-modus in Avaya Communicator and one-X Mobile Preferred. ( IP Softphone )
• Access to Avaya IP Office one-X® Portal
• Planning conference calls in Avaya one-X® Portal, Avaya Communicator for Web or using the Outlook Plug-In
• Outlook Plug-In
• Call Gadget. ( Click to call. For example select a phonenumber in your webbrowser, application or document and use key combination such as CTRL-D. Your linked desk telephone dials the selected telephone number. ) 

The Power User license instances are consumed for every user being configured. This means that the Power User license is assigned to a user name in the programming of the Avaya IP Office system.

 Important requirements

• Only suitable for Avaya IP Office Release 11.X
• Requires Avaya IP Office IP500V2 Release 11.X based on Essential Edition and Prefered Edition or Avaya IP Office server editie Release 11.
  Without these base licenses, the Avaya IP Office Power User license cannot be activated!

Application software

In order to install one or more of the above applications, you must have the relevant Avaya installation software. After purchase, these software packages are made available in one ZIP file as download delivery.
