The EPOS Sennheiser ATC 02 Y Training Cable allows a supervisor and an employee to be plugged into the same telephone at the same time. The supervisor can listen into a conversation and offer advice to the employee. The microphone of the supervisor can be muted with the switch button on the cable so a customer will not hear the supervisor when speaking.

Compatibility

The EPOS Sennheiser ATC 02 Y training cable is suitable for all wired headsets from EPOS and Sennheiser with a Quick Disconnect / Easy Disconnect connector.
