Information about shipping and returns

  • After placing an order with your products in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation from us containing an overview of the products you have ordered. If you did make use of the on-line payment method, we will immediately start preparing the products you have ordered for shipment. Did you choose for the prepayment option, you will receive an invoice from us with the request to transfer the money to our bank account, stating the invoice number. After we have received your payment, we will immediately start preparing the products you ordered for shipment.

  • To ship your order we make use of DHL Parcel in the most cases. If you submit your order before 03:00 P.M. on working days, your package is picked up by DHL the same day(if the ordered products are in stock). Delivery in the Netherlands is in most cases next working day. For shipments to another European country, the average delivery time is indicated at the checkout.

  • If your package is shipped by us with DHL Parcel, you will receive an email with a DHL track & trace link with detailed information and an estimated delivery date regarding the shipment of your package. In some cases we ship your order directly by the wholesaler or manufacturer. This to shorten the delivery time when the products are not in stock at our own warehouse. If we receive a track & trace link from the delivery, you will receive an email from us with your track & trace code.

  • For the delivery of your order, we make use of the standard package insurance of DHL Parcel. This package insurance reimburses the purchase value up to € 500 in case of loss or damage. If you want extra insurance for your package, please contact us directly for the possibilities, we can insure your package for a higher value for an additional fee.

  • Not satisfied with the purchased product or something else going on? We are very sorry for you. You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. You can do a return request by sending an email to . You will then receive a return form and instructions from us.
